Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Personal Chef?

A personal chef comes into your home and prepares multiple meals from your customized menu selections. We will design menus together around your specific needs. I will shop, cook, clean  up, package and label each meal so that you may enjoy them at your own leisure.

What are the benefits?

Save time. . .enjoy dining in your own home without all the stress and time involved in meal planning after a long days work. Let someone else do the planning, shopping, cooking and cleanup. Give yourself back the time you need for more important things!

Do you cook in my kitchen?

Yes, meals are prepared in the safety of your own kitchen. On cook day, I will bring the fresh ingredients for your meals along with my own pots, pans and utensils to prepare your entrées on-site. Your refrigerator will be filled with fresh, delicious meals and your kitchen will be left  in the  same beautiful condition it was found in.

How long are you at my house?

Approximately 4 to 6 hours.

Do I heat the food?

Yes. All entrees will have simple heating instructions.

Can you make my family favorites?

Absolutely! I will prepare any favorites!

I would be honored to prepare

any of your cherished family recipes!.

What do I need to supply on Cook Day?

All I need is counter space, sink, stove and oven as well as room in your refrigerator to store entrees. There is a one time fee for containers based on each clients’ individual needs.

Do I pay you ahead of the Cook Day?

On your Assessment Day, a deposit is required to reserve your first Cook Day.

Remaining balance will be due on your cook day. Thereafter, payment in full will be made prior to each  Cook Day to secure your Fresh Service.

Simply leave a check on the refrigerator for your next cook date. Credit Card payment by PayPal is also available.
